Janet Swartz is the developer and teacher of The Empowerment Process®. She works with individual clients and teaches in group settings in order to help others facilitate their own process of positive transformation and growth. Janet has an active practice working with individuals who are ready to make energetic shifts, grow to higher levels of awareness and neutral vision and become free from problems and suffering. Her course entitled, Following Your Intuitive Guidance for Energetic Transformation, presents a system whereby participants learn to trust and follow their inner guidance, fine tune their intuition and feel comfortable moving forward in their lives.

Recognizing the benefits of preventative and alternative medicine including homeopathy, flower essences, herbs, body work, and energy healing, Janet’s interest in alternative and long-distance healing was further sparked when she was diagnosed with deteriorated cervical disks. The issue was effectively resolved utilizing alternative healing methods.

Janet’s has been working with individual clients facilitating energetic transformation for nearly 20 years, creating a network of clients nationally and internationally. She travels to facilitate in-person sessions, as well as provide long-distance phone sessions from home. As a practitioner and teacher of meditation, Janet’s background of spiritual and transformational growth has given her a firm foundation to unfold the potential for greater awareness, sensitivity, and happiness in life.

With a master's degree in Education and College Administration, Janet has taught in public and private schools and as a career counselor at the university level.
